I search some useful scripts for sourcemod.

1, AFK bombdrop
(The bomb will be dropped if the player who has the bomb is afk)

(Plugin Forcerate_Mod automatically installing right rates on client side)

I never not seen before today this application

I have a lot of ideas, but these are the most important to me.
You ask me, why not i use the ES? Because the ES is an instable application for the large servers. The ES always fly out with "buffer_owerflow" error, with large servers. The ES does 20-30 restarts per day. But the sourcemod is very stable application for these servers. Thats all.
Anyone can help for me and for other large servers? Thanks in advance.

For number 4. maybe this cvar can help:

mp_hostagepenalty - How many hostages a Terrorist can kill before being kicked, 0 to disable. Default: 5

Don't know about the other requests.

Thanks for your answer. But this cvar is not protect the server from the idiots. The idiot after the round start, kill 2 hostages and the server kick him. ok. But the realy idiots come back again, and again and kill another hostages vithout end. If he is fast with the reconnect, he can play twice in one round. Maybe i live on wrong place, but our servers is full with hostagekiller idiots.

No one is going to make scripts for your no-steam server.

No need plugins to this... or sourcemod...
You can use server own commands force players use specify rates (Counter-Strike Source)
rate, cmd, update
"sv_minrate" = "25000"
replicated
- Min bandwidth rate allowed on server, 0 == unlimited
"sv_maxrate" = "25000"
replicated
- Max bandwidth rate allowed on server, 0 == unlimited
"sv_mincmdrate" = "66"
replicated
- This sets the minimum value for cl_cmdrate. 0 == unlimited.
"sv_maxcmdrate" = "66"
replicated
- (If sv_mincmdrate is > 0), this sets the maximum value for cl_cmdrate.
"sv_maxupdaterate" = "66"
replicated
- Maximum updates per second that the server will allow
"sv_minupdaterate" = "66"
replicated
- Minimum updates per second that the server will allow
"sv_client_cmdrate_difference" = "20"
replicated
- cl_cmdrate is moved to within sv_client_cmdrate_difference units of cl_updaterate before it is clamped between sv_mincmdrate and sv_maxcmdrate.

Now if you go test on server try mess your rates...
And then type only rate-command on console without value and enter:
** NOTE: The real value is 10.000 but the server has temporarily restricted it to 25000.000 **
** NOTE: The real value is 30000.000 but the server has temporarily restricted it to 25000.000 **
** NOTE: The real value is 10.000 but the server has temporarily restricted it to 66.000 **

And look net_graph 3 you can't change cmd/update rates...
And one advise is add sv_pure 1 to autoexec.cfg and server.cfg to stop glass-wall-map-texture-cheating
Start use pure_server_whitelist.txt
