Check error logs and revert to the last official version to see if it's actually triggered by ZR. If it is, try update SourceMod.

I'm getting suspicious now. You are downloading CS:S from legal sources, right (steam)? ZR causing server crashes is very rare and if it really is a problem there would be more people reporting crashes.
