That's actually a really good idea, the slight problem being that most/all custom player models out there will be made for mods such as CS:S, which use different skeletal structures (I think it's something along these lines anyway, I'm not 3D modeler)

I guess I am the only one, but I will ask anyways.

Have you guys found any instances where the skin model will just escape from the player and stay in a place that they were standing as a civilian while the player wanders about aimlessly, invisible?

I myself haven't tested this yet, but I think that Damizean said that this was a buggy/glitchy discovery, or that there was still a few bugs/a major bug/some kind of temporary draw-back at this time, he'll hopefully have found a way of making it work with maximum compatibility in the near future, but I don't know.

Just a couple questions.

With Spies uncloaking sometimes the Halo's glow or the hat stays in place, is it possible to fix this?.

And how would I go about equipping multiple hats at once?

EDIT: Also, how would I allow all users to have access to the overrides (I mean equipping any hat). Would I have to override the tf_equipment_flags globally or what?

Forgive me if this is obvious, but is there any way to restrict hats to the class they're supposed to be on, like the Medic only being able to wear the 3 Medic hats?

In the config, find that hat, go to the "classes" part and enter "medic" instead of "all" or whichever class it is you're restricting to.
