from what I understand...

say you think Tommy is hacking in Dust2 on your server. You go to your fancy console and type in amx_screenshot "Tommy"

a screenshot of whatever they are doing is put on their computer. You then can go back into the game and go /tsay Hey tommy... Your a Hacker. He will go um, no I ain't. I have never hacked and I hate hackers. I have been playing cs for 9 years. You then say well I am about to Ban you and If you want unbanned go to your cstrike folder and take out the image called de_dust2xxx.gif which was created 30 seconds ago and post it in our forums. I will remove the ban then.

If I'm wrong... This plugin sux.

this plugin is not fixable to do what it was intended to do. It should just be trashed because it is totally useless.
