Thanks, info about build 3651 helped.

EDIT: Server works, but it's protocol 47. Also it doesn't work with Metamod.

using old protocol 47 builds or host it on windows server
P.S. it would be nice if the source would be available, so that we could try to compile it locally, maybe that will solve this issue
