[Solved] Plugins to fix the command query "ddos"

I'm trying to find that plugins that was fixing the possible ddos glitch with a sourcemod server, player would be able to make the server lag without any real ddos just by spamming stuff in the command.
I did search up for it but I can't find it anymore, I'm sure it does exist though i've seen it a while ago, can anybody help please?

can't be fixed nevermind it's a valve/csgo issue:
