It means that the aid field had no input value, one of your admins (or the console if this was an automated ban) has not got an id assigned to them in the sb_admins table, seeing as this is done automatically via auto_increment then I'd say someone screwed with the MySQL

I am at a loss

As stated earlier the company that owns my web hosting account have unblocked incoming and outgoing the following ports

# iptables -nL |grep 27015
ACCEPT udp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 state NEW multiport ports 27090,27035,27177,27015
ACCEPT tcp -- 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0 state NEW multiport ports 27090,27035,27177,27015

But the web server I have sourcebans on still states.

Error connecting (27.50.90.20:27177) etc.

If the web-server can receive a ban (which it does, I can ban and it gets loaded into my sourcebans online) its stands to reason that the game-server can communicate to the web-server server but the web-server is somehow being denied access to read the game-server i.e seeing players in game connecting etc.

If I am correct it would stand to reason that its the game-server being stubborn yes? And the game server host needs to take a second look at the firewall?

I had to do 2 things

Open those ports + add your server ip to the whitelist (I could do this within my site CP (directadmin))

Hi mate. Yeah I tried that also I forgot to mention it. I added 27.50.90.20% to the remote MySQL white-list which allows all ports for that IP

What's been the problem?

Hi peace maker. 4 posts above yours, I can ban from within game and it registers in the web server mysql but the web server interface wont detect the games running. It does however detect someone trying to join after they have been banned in the "Latest Players Blocked"
In server status on any page that is supposed to show what games are participating it just states "Error connecting (27.50.90.20:XXXX) No players in the server"
So I am stumped.

As much as I want to hide the game servers participating in sourcebans in the web panel from non admins (made a post at sourceban forum re this) I'd still like it to communicate so that when I ban from the web interface it can find the player in realtime. Non of this works. It gets confusing to explain Peace maker mate.
