Make sure you have installed the latest versions of:

• eItems: https://github.com/quasemago/eItems/pull/2
• PTaH: https://ptah.zizt.ru/
• SourceMod REST in Pawn Extension: https://github.com/ErikMinekus/sm-ripext/releases

Compile eItems again and everything will work.

If you use SQLite it would be better, I believe, to delete the database and create it again.

If it's MySQL, I enter through phpByAdmin, I have a web hosting in the case. You can try some program to connect to your database and run the script there.
