Никак. А зачем было банить? Игрок банится на 1 час (по-умолчанию).
Снять можно только перезагрузкой плагина.

I wonder if it conflicts with votemanager, because there's this very annoying exploit being used in versus now, where people are calling votes to kick players while loading, and nobody has the chance to vote, the kick will be unavoidable. And i'm not sure vote manager protects against that.

I'm not aware about the votemanager.
If it uses black screen kick message type, then yes, my plugin will prevent them from functioning properly by intercepting any attempt to make such vote in favor of my translucent vote menu. It will appear instead.

Жаль, просто в моём случае, зашёл какой-то дурачок и стал запускать голосование на кик, кто-то случайно нажал "да" и девчонка в бан улетела.

Есть команда !veto
Ну а так, могу конечно сделать отдельную команду для разбана, либо в конце списка vk текущий перечень кикнутых для отмены кика.

At all, theoretically, I can add a separate command for unban, or add currently kicked players list to the end of the vk list to be able to disable the kick.

Знаю про !veto, но меня на сервере в этот момент не было. Было бы очень полезно сделать разбан.
