I only have problems with Vagineer. He's a T-Posed Soldier that cannot fire.

Sound like you must need to fix your weapons/attributes, or update tf2items

Are you still getting this issue? If not, did you resolve it by updating your TF2items?

Can I ask the current version of FF2 you're using? The one I have appears to be extremely outdated as it seems to break when I upgrade TF2items, giving me the following error
PHP Code:
Native "TF2Items_SetAttribute" reportedCowardly refusing to add invalid attribute index "0" to an item
.

I've read around and I understand why it happens. My problem at the moment is I can't figure what I need to change in the source to fix the error. And as no one else seems to be posting the error I assume there is a version out there that currently works?

I don't really want to install 1.08 just yet as it still appears to be having some problems, is that the one people seem to be using or have I missed something?

EDIT
Okay well I'm sticking to my original unedited FF2. I downloaded an older version of TF2items which seems to be working. Which seems odd considering the people of this thread had to upgrade in order to get theirs working!?

Old version of tf2items isnt going to save you forever. Just fix the attribute 0 code in ff2 ffs.

Change or die I guess. Must be frustrating for some.
I've had no issues since using the new SM/MM/tf2items.

As far as I can tell, the re-uploaded 1.0.8 has no problems other than possibly the Easter Abilities pack and the healthbar.
Just fix your configs if you're really afraid of upgrading, or deal with the errors-1.0.8 contains code to avoid TF2Items crashing the subplugins.
