[TF2/CSGO]Friendly Voice

DESCRIPTION:
Events sounds with wheatley's voice, events can be disabled/enabled via menu typing !voice in chat, settings are stored into clientprefs.

List of events:

Spawn ( Event Player Spawn)
Death victim ( player death)
Death Attacker ( killer sound)
Death Headshot Attacker ( TF2 version have Backstab and baseball kills too )
Damage victim (when you get hit)
Spectator Team ( when you join Spect Team)
Idling event ( when you are afk over 30 sec (def) random phrase start )

Commands :
sm_voice Show voice menu

CVars:
fv_enable 1 Enables/disables Plugin Friendly Voice
fv_idletime "30.0" Idle time before voice talk (min 4.0 max 999.0)
fv_adminonly 0 Enable friendly voice for admin only
