Hi,
When talking on the server, the voice is interrupted and lags at the server.
How to solve the problem ?

Who are you hosted with? Typically, when you're under a VSE attack your protection will kick in and if you are with a company who uses Voxility to protect you from these attacks, they're known for blocking legitimate packets which then cause lag to occur when people speak down the microphone.

May be worth checking which hops your machine goes through to see if this is the case. However this is primarily a networking issue, I believe it may reside as a server side issue however I very much doubt this.

Do me a favour and open CMD and type "tracert {YOUR SERVER IP WITHOUT PORT}" (take out the brackets) and send back the results of the hops.

EDIT: I did it for you seeing as there's a small language barrier, it seems your company is protecting ping requests so I am unable to see what hops your server is going through. I did a small Google search on that company and they do seem to have some affiliation with Voxility.

It may be worth adding a support ticket on your companies site asking if they can check the hops for Voxility and if so, explain the issue what is happening with valid packets being blocked upon protection mode.

No signs of Voxility in your hops. How often does this issue happen?

EDIT: I played on your server for around 10 minutes with around 20-30 people on and it seemed fine. It may be due to your update rates being a tad low.
