Does this function correctly when a spy is jarated / milked / on fire etc?

Not at this time.

I'm attaching a updated version, I don't have time to check if it works. Let me know if it works for you.

Once I can verify it works, I'll update the main thread.

My next version after this will include the spy being slightly visible if touched.. just like the original spy cloak.

Don't forget about TFCond_Stealthed (the one for halloween spells)

Last I checked, you're not completely invisible with TFCond_Stealthed... you still cast a shadow and such iirc.

Here is an update, has been tested a little bit on our servers. It maybe buggy, and is reason why I haven't updated the main plugin yet.

This update will allow players to "bump into and see a spy", although players from a distance won't see the spy being bumped into.

Let me know if you have problems.
