What is the code for the color of counter-terrorists. Is not \x0B or \x0C both are blue but one is darker then that one and the other is lighter. Is not \x0D either.

It's \x03 but it won't appear correctly as a team color unless it's used in a message that has an author such as SayText2 as opposed to TextMsg.

Can you be more specific about what you want to do? If that's modify a user's message color or something else.

Take a look at Chat-Processor's CP_OnChatMessage forward.
The name and message can be modified easily with Format().
