I answered, but I don't think that's the problem. Your server runs on linux where my knowledge is limited.

Perhaps it's as easy as the fact that you don't have privileges to the folders where those files are. I'd just 'chmod 777' all the amxmodx and see if that fixes it.

You need to have a DB on either your PC (MySQL or whatever) or on a Webserver.
