I've bug and some todos
Bug: Fresh install of hlds, amxmodx, metamod-p, dproto, ProKreedz 2.31 and mpbhop 1.1.0 (by ConnorMcLeod).
If one player in server all goes fine. When second player comes all teleports not working. Means blocks and waters not teleporting you back. If disabling semiclip (kz_semiclip 0) all teleports working again.

Todo1: Is it possible to disable Checkpoint on bhop block. If you checkpoint on bhop block then gocheck you will stuck on bhop block. Yeah it's with mpbhop 1.1.0
Todo2: Someone's idea. Three ways to tops.
pro15 - dont allow cp, gc, scout.
top15 - allow cp, gc. dont allow scout.
noob15 - allow cp, gc, scout.

put auto unstuck plugin, might help you with that

The /cp (and /savepos) on bhop block stuck is a known issue and I don't know what I can do to help with that.

The pro15/noob15 is fine as I see it now. Perhaps I will add sometimes an weapons top (for all weapons except scout/knife/usp) but for now it's nothing sure. Whenever I have time I will release the newest version (2.32), but I still want to add one more feature to it before doing that.
