im not sure, check your zed_time_boost_actions not -1 or 32
but these shouldnt be, sounds issue from velocity speculation etc.
maybe your config file update from older? if you just download recently then might not

yes this actually has long time, but i located the issue recent.
this is a rare sitaution, when you trigger zedtime after round failed, the game round reset action will clear time_func entity, but didnt stop to normal game speed, if time_func cleared early by game then plugin cant stop it proper.
anyway i found some solution to fix it, added update to plan

Sometimes zedtime triggers don't play sound effects.
seems random, I have about a 40% chance in-game that the sound effect won't play.
I currently use plats/churchbell_end.wav
Even if I switch back to the default level/countdown.wav, occasionally the sound will not play.

i guess listen server you are using, sound play problem usually happen on that

I am using Dedicated Server,
On the contrary, I was using the Listen server half a year ago, but this did not happen at that time.(I don't remember much, because back then it was using the default sound effects, which really doesn't pay attention in the chaos.)

To prevent confusion:
My Listen server: HOST by the game
My Dedicated Server: download by steam CMD

I will try to use the Listen server in the next few days to see if it improves or gets worse

well,nothing changed, still randomly loss effect sound.
never mind, maybe it's just crash by other plugins.
I have a lot of plugins, and the random loss sound effects makes me hard to troubleshoot.

I'm not sure why NoroHime didn't update this but here it is. There is a bug in the previous version where you escape, the map specific slow motion doesn't trigger. This one fixes it.

-fixed a bug in Dead Center Finale escape slow motion has been restored. It should also work on custom campaigns that have slow motion endings.

PS: I've contacted him/her on discord and he/she then made this quick fix.
