Hi.

It doesn't show the decal. Only a texture. I've added both files (maize vmt and vtf) to my download list, tried several reconnects/restarts and changed the map-decals.smx to the new one (saving decal positions now works).

Can you help me?

Maybe a stupid Question but did you upload maize.* to your materials folder on your gameserver?

Thank you for your help!

Content decals.cfg:
Code:
"Decals"
{
	"Maize"
	{

		"path"	"decals/custom/example/tsgkcorn512x512"

	}

}

It finally works. I blame the developer for providing a wrong code.

In the original tsgkcorn512x512.vmt it says:
Code:
"lightmappedgeneric" {
    "$basetexture" "decals\custom\example\TSGKCorn512x512"
    "$translucent" 1
    "$decal" 1
    "$decalscale" 1.000000
    "$surfaceprop" "Default"
}
Well, the file's name actually is written in small letters. So, i've changed the code to:
Code:
"lightmappedgeneric" {
    "$basetexture" "decals\custom\example\tsgkcorn512x512"
    "$translucent" 1
    "$decal" 1
    "$decalscale" 1.000000
    "$surfaceprop" "Default"
}
My final question is: How do i prevent that players spray their logos over my decals?
