don't consider me stupid, but...is that not amx-plugin? I found .sma file and compile that, but it doesn't work ( I have no doubt that ). Server says "couldnot connect to SQL database", where should I put "Top 15 SQL Files" (say to me destination folder plz) if I run server on my PC? (honestly I dont need top15, is that important?)
p.s. is there anywhere amx-version of this plugin, may be older version?

Okay, so my question is: If you don't need top15, why do you use SQL version (the only difference between the normal one and the SQL is the top itself).
But if you want to set up the SQL version locally on your PC, then (as said in 1st post).

Create a local DB and change the info (user,pass,db name,host) using those you have for the DB.

If it's locally, use for host 127.0.0.1.

The PHP files you have to put in the /www folder (perhaps create a new folder /www/top15) and then fill the kz_sql_files with 127.0.0.1 (or 127.0.0.1/top15, if you create a new folder in /www). After this, you have to edit the PHP files as well (open with notepad or whatever else). Do the same process as you did in the .sma file.

To create a locally DB, there are more programmes ( xampp, wamp and some others)

no i tryed to put the sql on a web but it didnot work it says
