It comes with AmxModX. Look in the modules.ini file and enable them (remove the semicolon)

Ok, I checked it, engine was enabled, fakemeta was not, so I enabled it. Started up my server and got the same thing as i've mentioned.

Any other ideas on what might be wrong?
