how do i use this?
i've added this plugin into addons/amxmodx/plugins/
and i've added auto_join_on_connect.amxx into addons/amxmodx/config/plugins.ini

this plugin is running (checked amx_plugins in console)
but what now? cause i don't see anything changed.
and i can't change anything.

If you have immunity (or whatever the flag is set), the plugin will let you choose your team. For normal players it should put them into a random team. Try to join without having an admin privileges.

After I've installed this plugin almost on every map change players are kicked from my server with svc_bad reason. Could somebody help in resolving this problem?

I think this is a plugins conflict. Try to disable other custom plugins if you want to be sure. Then report results.
