It is not possible to block clients from using those commands. They can do alt+f4 or a number of other commands anyhow to disconnect if they want, so it's kind of pointless to do that.

The only command you can list are the commands that I show as being compatible. Ping is not possible to restrict so that is why it is not listed. Furthermore you must use the format that I provide for the program. Read the full documentation on the front post please.
