just enables the option to download, what is downloaded is defined in config

But how would people download the sounds without the mapname, mapnameonly things?

Update v1.6.0: (16.4.2007)

fixed:
- speech sounds not being played
- join / exit sound duration was incorrect
- SND_WARN / SND_MAX error checking could display wrong error

added:
- access can be defined for every sound and keyword seperately

changed:
- partly rewritten
- way of saving data
- sounds when enabling and disabling Sank Sounds are not precached anymore ( hard coded )
- many code improvements

PS:
for custom access levels read the "readme.txt"

i am working on a new sank sounds version with more flexible code
you will be able to set flags for each keyword and sound seperately

it will look like this:
@keyword1; ....
@abc@mykeyword2; ....

keyword1 can be played by all admins with sank sounds default access level ( "m" )
keyword2 can be played by admins with access level ( "a", "b" or "c" )
that's be very nice

ok i made a cut from a longer sound down to 3 sec however it wont play its saying that is playing but noone can hear it any ideas???

does all other sounds work fine but this ?
if so, check logs for errors
if no errors send me that file

ok yes all other sounds i have work ,and there is no error log, ok i have zip the file and added it as an attachment to this message, i have tried it as a mp3 and also a wav file thanks for you help

forgor to tell you to check if you can play the sound via HL
"spk sound/yourfolder/kill.wav"

so i did and it is not working
but have you read the readme.txt ?
maximum 22 KHz -> correct ( is 11 )
8 or 16 bit -> correct ( is 8 )
mono -> wrong ( is stereo )
