I saw this thread which includes the script.

But how do I turn this script into a plugin?

ok, i compiled said script and i'm assuming it wasnt a complete script?

anyone have a link to a simple script to just show me a users fps?

fps_max is NOT included by default in userinfo values. It's a client cvar.
Having said this you can't get fps_max via get_user_info() but query_client_cvar().

Also this isn't really related to amxx issues isn't it ?
