Haven't found any plugin that removes crosshair when sniping - Useful with Professional Scope mod

And when you equip lasersights, better without them so there will only be the red dot.

I think it's a client-side thing and couldn't be removed with sourcemod.

Maybe an addon from workshop could fit better your needs.
