OK, I have found out that this is likely to be an metamod bug after trying to install 2 mods (that use metamod).

The problem: metamod fails to find plugins in metaplugins.ini.

Here is my metaplugins.ini file:

addons/zombiemod/bin/zombie_mm
addons/mani_admin_plugin/bin/mani_admin_plugin_mm

Here is what I get in-game when I type meta list:

-Id- Name                  Version     Author                Status
 [02] Mani Admin Plugin     1.2BetaR    Mani                     RUN

I double checked the location of my zombiemod and IT IS in the correct location. I have tried installing two mods and same thing happened (it skips them or can't find them).
Other people are experiencing this problem too

I talked to my web hosting provider (Counter-Strike.com) via support ticket and they said that they have been having problems installing some mods (unsure if all those mods use metamod).


[Edit] Nevermind. The problem is fixed. I can't lock this damn it.
