Metamod\Sourcemod not working??

Hello... Ive tried nightly build and the installation file... and I put the correct directory for sourcemod into metaplugins.ini (addons\sourcemod\bin\sourcemod_mm) but "meta list" just says "unknown command" Therefore sourcemod doesnt work... all I want is for a plugin I downloaded for sourcemod to work so that I can have godmode

Please help me.

Make sure your sourcemm version is aleast 1.4.2.414.

Im currently having the same problem. I have the latest version of MetaMod:Source 1.4.2.414, everything is in the correct directory and on gameinfo.txt i added the line specified but nothing is working on metamod. I go to type in meta list and says meta not recognized command.

are you using a listerning server (ie you open css on you're comp and clisk on create server), or is it a brought server.

i hate brounght so someone with better knowledge and answer

but a listerning server is harder to sort, but i do know a solution, and requires you to start you're server from a command promt, this can be done through a bat file, the files are attached and work just go to

[code]
X:\program files\steam\steamapps\_USERNAME_\counter-strike source
[\code]

and place the files there, or you're relevant installation directory of steam.

the zip file contains

Metamod.bat, and
cstrike\GameInfo.txt.mms

create a shortcut to metamod.bat to run css with metamod loaded

I have a rented server, and i used the installer to install MetaMod:Source so i know that i didnt install it wrong. I even double checked everything after and gameinfo.txt was modified correcty, the file is in the correct bin folder.
