I was thinking that giving some cheaters/abusers/ e.t.c anti-vip features like 60% chance to miss and 75% chance to miss if headshot - can be really useful. Cheater/abuser can play but he'll have nearly normal score if this system will be well-made.

Can someone make an example how to give exact player in game - chance to miss a shoot? For example with command: amx_miss #PlayerName
