The survivor limit stuck at 4.0000..
Can someone just provide me with a server.cfg setup that allows 10 players survivors and sets it to coop only?

This plugin does nothing with the team limits and I am not sure why people think it does. This only handles the total available amount of slots. You will need a seperate plugin to actually make use of them.

can we get a fix so that the defibrillators will bring back the person of the body, and not the default owner, any copy of the survivor that is brought back to life is specific to only 1 person

I dont think coop work, because coop is 4 player limit but, only versus etc. game support that (w/ vars and superversus). I dont know for coop.
