Sourcebans 1.4.11 - Displaying strange text underneith

Hello all,

I have not been able to use sourcebans for around a week now (would be a blank screen). Complained to webhost thinking it was an issue on there end. I have finally got it working (for some random reason the username and password for database was no good.) I re-downloaded the v1 of this and uploaded to server with an error message saying theme_c must be writable. Worked out the file was not there so i uploaded the folder from saved. Now i have strange text at the bottom. I even put old files back on and still getting the same issue. I really am lost and it looks apart of sourcebans. I have looked in every setting i can think of. still no good. Please help me!!!!!!!!!

Please pay more attention to the forum you're posting in for future posts.

Debug mode has been turned on.

Head over to Settings, then Webpanel Settings and turn debug mode off.

Sorry mate. I looked around. Couldn't post in sourcebans because it said it was closed. Didn't want to post in wrong section but i did anyway. Really sorry about that.....

Debug was off. So i turned it on and saved. Then i turned off and saved. Still the same.....

What you see on the bottom is the debug mode, and it shows on mine when it is checked, and doesn't show it when it is unchecked.

Is DEVELOPER_MODE set in config.php?

If so, comment it out with two slashes ("//") at the beginning of the line.
