So I've been playing around with the overrides but some reason they all don't work?

"It doesn't work" isn't a good way to ask for help without stating what you're trying to do or what you're observing.

Wait what, this doesn't even make sense? What more is there not to understand? I just asked why the whole overrides aren't working?

If you post a server.cfg and say "my server isn't doing what I want" you're not going to get any help. Your admin_overrides.cfg is short but the situation is the same.

I think that they are probably working fine, you just don't understand how you have configured them (and if you'd bothered to answer Fyren's post, we'd know what you were trying to do).

As you've configured them, sm_spec, sm_swaproundend, and sm_map require the admin to have the p, b, and q flags, and sm_msay requires the z and b flags (which doesn't even make sense, as admins with z have every other flag implicitly).
