Cvar??? The latest version doesn't have any cvars. What version are you using? Also post the error log with debug enabled.

Bug confirmed and fixed. Uploaded fixed version v4.1c. The only change was here if you want to make it manually (custom_shop.sma @ line 360):

This gives the current nade x20 present with the player right?

That sets the bomb type, not the amount. It sets his amount to how much you specified, it doesn't add/substract. You could have gotten an answer right away by testing it.
