Plugin does not compile with SM 1.10 and could you make the messages show to every admin even if they are on the other team?

Hi after i downlaoded SM1.10 the plugin stopped working partially some votes are still blocked but not all, what do ined to do to get this working again? i have not downloaded the curl extension or the aut updater would those help? i wouldnt think they would bc i dont think this has been updated for SM1.10

try this I'm using "AddCommandListener" to block the callvote, similar to "Alexmy" code in here.
