Some players can join and download the maps normaly, but other players cant. even witch the game properly configured to download anything.. WTF?!??!?

What message do they get when it fails to download?

What does there console say?

Have you deleted all your files locally and tired?

according to the player who cant join his game downloads about 6 bars and get a missing map error

console says L 06/23/2016 - 11:25:09: "Perk 📱 Instant [⇄]<32><[U:1:228127387]><>" disconnected (reason "Map is missing")

Yes, I delete all the files in my game folder and I can download normaly.

there is nothing to redirect in the main page.... did you clicked on the ad?
