Sourcebans is cleaning out everything in admins.cfg, even with disabled admin rehashing and "EnableAdmins" "0". I want to disable it because even when i add admin and give him acces to server it wont be added to admins.cfg

Thank you very much, but maby do you know why it cleans up the admins.cfg file even when admins are in database?
