if I were to do a format on my server, would I have to rebuy a new license or would I still be able to use my current license?

You can use your current license you can grab it from their website when you log in.

So after doing a format on my machine and reinstalling, the freezing issue is back. :/

No worries, you can simply just re-login once seDirector it installed. It will prompt you to login on first run.

Hmm.. that's unfortunate. Out of our 2000+ users it's only affecting about 20 users, but we haven't given up yet in tackling the problem. Please make sure you're signed up on the mailing list and we'll send out a version update as soon as we come out with one.

Still freezing even after the update to 2.2

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard 64 Bit
Intel i7 [email protected] -4.0 Ghz
16 GB RAM

Try using the 2.0 version for now. We should have a fix within a week or so.
