Depends on the game, but for TF2, ~4.5 GB I think(It has to download all the game files)

You can also use the steam Source Dedicated Server(under Tools), for a simpler setup. The guide on the steam support site should be accurate:

Not sure what you mean by that, if you mean the srcds program itself, about 150kb.

As I said earlier, the server files for TF2 are ~4.5GB, not sure what else you're wanting.

The program to download SRCDS(HLDSUpdateTool) is around 1MB
