I don't get it at all from your text or from your pictures, so whats wrong ? You want to disable 3rd person view or what?

I found the problem zp_extra_parachute.amxx plugin makes the admin to see 3d in the back and you see zp_zclass_mega_jumper.amxx not let people shoot at all and stay locked

If you wanted remove 3rd view just could ask in that thread and I could show you otherwise you can use it without 3rd person view...
