Hello I've been searching for a certain pluging for days and wasn't able to find it

at 1:54 on the video, the pluging that displays pink message + sound from 3 to 9+ kill after a serie of kills in a short period of time, could someone tell me the name of it ? was wondering if this is rlly an amx pluging or something else

Hi, sorry for wrong section, this isn't the pluging i'm looking for, already tried this one, and like all others it displays sound instantly at 3,5,7,9,11,13 frags, the one i'm searching for triggers after a serie of kill and not during :/ or maybe there is an option in quakesound pluging to enable it?

I also tried this (same for ultimate sound) and it doesnt allow to do killstreak on a limited time, the pluging i'm searching for is used on all UGC servers for example, but also found it on random servers, it's a rlly specific one, did not find any pluging that was doing that kind of killstreak, saw it with the same settings on all those servers so it hasnt been configured by ugc or something, I just can't find the name of that pluging, tried like 50 or more until now
