[ VIP ] Auto remove

Hi. I'm requestin anyone who is good at codding to make a plugin that will:
Remove VIP Users automatically - flag t ( admin_level_h ) from users.ini after 15 days.
Example: "steamid" "pass" "t" "ac" ( this player is vip, he is added on users.ini today ). After 15 days his vip will be removed automatically.

Let me explain again:
It's a zombie escape server, and I have vip plugin there, and so I requested a plugin that will remove vip user from users.ini after 15 days automatically.

I didn't find anything that would help there

If anyone can do that, I would be so thankful

Is this a zombie escape vip plugin? Or I must modify it?
