Making backups so you can revert when needed is indeed always a good idea. Things are bound to be overwritten.

Nope, I don't think -autoupdate accepts additional parameters.

@*MAU*, 8088 is absolutely right. You should downgrade your server to previous builds, either 4383 or 4716.

Also, most of the servers in my internet tab are same builds which I mentioned, specially 4383 (I dunno those servers use 2008's build or 2009's).
But, one thing is for sure they use 4383 the most.

I always believed in that as well.
I made a mistake this time, I didn't backed up my previous build and updated to the new one and backed up that particular build (aka 4883).
Hopefully other peoples here don't repeat the same mistake as I.

@8088, could you please upload or link me to old build. Because, I fumbled in backing up those builds of mine and 4883 is fumbling to contact with master servers as well.

As you can see, that info is (hopefully) outdated.

Yes, and thanks for the info. Last night I saw only one server with 4883 and was running @ port 28888, I don't know what that server used to appear on internet list (maybe sv_region 255 maybe not).

Thank you so much sir you are far too kind thanks a lot.
Just one more question, do you have version 4383 no matter 2008's or 2009's.
I just need to keep them in my backups somewhat, maybe not the entire server just the binaries of it. Thanks once again.

Also, I found a couple on some forums but those are either fixed for vcrash or patched/modified for something else, I need untouched/unmodified desperately.

The latest beta under Linux has version number 5006. So far it's looking good, the one server I updated is now visible with the region filter set to Europe.
