First remove the basebans.smx from the plugins folder... second... I've had it still disappear randomly on me so I made a config that could be executed and would perform sm plugins reload sourcebans.

My next problem is that it wont display the players that are on the given server when I click on it.

Your website doesn't work.

When you do fix it, change the url to:

http://bans.thedefectorspro.com/index.php?debug=true

Then you need to get your host to allow sending/receiving of packets through php
