[TF2/PAY] team limit/teambalance immunity

I'm looking for a small plugin (not like gscramble) to allow clients with flag 'a' immunity against mp_teams_unbalance_limit 1 and mp_autoteambalance 1, so they can always join the team they want and have immunity against autoteambalance.

Not sure, about there is still a plugin like that here... if so than I'm to stupid to find it. Will pay 15-20 USD if it not exist.
