Well, what about your server is hosted at a game hosting company and you pay for a 20 slots server for instance. And with this plugin you can trick them and make your server 32 slots?

If yes, this might be quite frustrating and annoying for the ones who own such a game hosting company.

That is why they have conditions in their ToS that allow them to suspend/terminate the account if they detect this type of modification

is useless if you are paying for a host server, but if you are running the hlds in your own machine, i think it's really helpful

No, it is impossible to have more than 32 players on a Half-Life based server.

Ok, but you can use sv_visiblemaxplayers cvar, and its write over the visible slots, but its a fake.
