Exactly.
Anyway, PowerPlay is something in the game as created and defined by Valve. This plugin simply allows access to it.

I don't need. But now using Powerplay you get Uber, Crit, and ALL Vaccinator effects.
I would like to remove Vaccinator effects, or, one way to choose how effects turn on.

Type mouse3 in console to choose the effect you want on a player.
I tested this myself in-game myself and it works fine.

You want to remove the effects of the vaccinator from powerplay but that isn't going to happen. You are better off using another plugin like this to do what you want.

Could you tell me please what are the conditions for Vaccinator buffs? I look table at you link indication and can't find none.
