If it helps any, you actually do get the megaheal condition in powerplay. Valve added it.

Last update gives Vaccinator buffs to Power Play.
Someone know how to fix it, or how to choose buffs?

I have a crit server and this plugin would be great to trigger with some high energy music after spawning a boss or two - however unlike the crit plugin I use this plugin will not let players sticky or rocket jump which is a huge shame. I like it tho! Thank you for making it.
