Need help with csstats.dat

-Rephrased:
Is there anyway to change your rank to one, so it's ALWAYS one? Also whenever I change my dat file to like all 99999's (except the rank of course) and restart the server it changes back to what I REALLY have. EX: 5 kills 3 hits etc. Why is this? It isn't csstats_reset "1" because it doesn't change exactly to 0 kills.

you must stop your server before uploading your .dat file else it just rewrite the file and nothing changes
