Hello guys, i just made a server for testing but i cant connect using my IP addres the anly way i can connect is using localhost or the ip given by my ruter. My ports are farworded.

If I recall correctly, you cannot connect to your own server behind NAT, using your external IP to your router, to connect to your own machine also behind the same NAT.
Add your server to www.gametracker.com and see it it can find it.
If yes, everything is ok. If not, you ports forwarding are probably not working, or you firewall is blocking you.

Fixed it, it was a router problem. Now my server is freezing for no reason the console also froze and i can't interact with the server?

Probably a plugin on infinity loop. Disable all your plugins and see if it is working.
If stills not working, disable metamod, and test again.
If still not working, delete everything and only install the default server without any additional things. And test if it is working, before installing metamod, amxx, etc.
