If it does it itself, that is an entirely different story. I would assume that the crappier the computer, the higher the priority a program needs to run normally.

I've created and published it as a free product. For now, it's just an essential executable.
I was trying K9 software (which for now, it's free) and I can say it blocks adult content.
Unfortunately, you might create a Google account saying that your adult and then typing **** on Google Images. K9 will not block that so Google will show you thousand of images.

This product will scan for windows titles (for example, "Allied Modders - Reply to Topic") and terminate program's process if adult content is found.

I will work on that soon improving its features. Right now, I'm just a simple Visual Studio user. I've got no studies related to programming.

Approximately. I'm not trying to beat any company but I'm trying to do my best even if I'm just a simple programmer working on my own for now.
