PHP Code:

 * Added match end drops.
Fixed rarity for knives. (Some of them had a low rarity, such as Blue Steel)
Now every skins has a price. (nomore "Price Unavalabile")
Added "sm_cases_drops_enabled" 
Added "sm_cases_drops_chance"
Match end drops can be found in "configs/cases/drops.cfg" - Same logic as a case configuration.

One question though, where are the account credits stored for the user as I cannot see them in the SQL tables.

Added "sm_cases_balance_mode" convar.
Fixed a bug when "sm_cases_allow_quick_sell" wasn't working for Skins but only for Gloves.
